Notes
1. The camera fee includes high quality video cameras used to capture the main footage for use in the final video. You will not be charged for smaller cameras used to capture backup sound/video or for still cameras used to capture photos for inclusion in the video’s montages.
2. The cameraman price includes 10 man-hours per cameraman. These hours include time spent on location (excluding breaks) during the rehearsal, the wedding ceremony, and the reception. Should the 10 man-hour limit be reached you (the customer) will be notified and may purchase additional time at the price of $25 per man-hour.
3. The flat rate is necessary in order to secure the wedding date. This is a fixed fee and is not dependent on the overall package price.
4. The editing fee includes all digital video editing and DVD mastering necessary in order to create the DVD copies. If you would prefer to receive raw (unedited footage) a reduced price may be negotiated.
5. You will receive all raw footage on digital Mini-DV tapes.
6. DVD copies include specially designed packaging.
7. If you choose to receive a backup hard drive, all raw footage, music, photos, and editing files, along with uncompressed edited video, will be transferred onto an external hard drive for your personal storage. Hard Drives have a longer estimated lifespan than that of DVD-Rs and Mini-DV tapes when properly stored.
8. Please note that VHS quality is significantly lower than that of both DVD and Mini-DV.
9. This is an uncompressed digital transfer of the edited video to digital Mini-DV tape. These tapes have a longer estimated lifespan than that of DVD-Rs when properly stored.
10. VHS tapes can be shipped directly to friends and family. This price is only valid for shipment to addresses in the contiguous United States.
11. Your video can be stored online for viewing and downloading by friends and family.
12. DVDs can be shipped directly to friends and family. This price is only valid for shipment to addresses in the contiguous United States.
13. The raw footage from the original Mini-DV tapes can be transferred to multiple DVDs for easier access. The number of DVDs needed depends on the number of original digital master tapes (usually four).
